苦杏仁甙主要存在于苦杏、苦扁桃、桃、油桃(nectarines)、枇杷、李子、蘋果、黑櫻桃等果仁和葉子中,別名有扁桃甙、苦杏仁甙、苦杏仁苷、維生素B17等。實驗表明,苦杏仁苷的化學(xué)性質(zhì)并不活潑,對健康組織影響很少,僅侵犯和破壞癌細胞??嘈尤受盏幕钚猿煞质且环N天然產(chǎn)生的氰&化物,是人類的代謝產(chǎn)物,只能在癌細胞中發(fā)揮作用,有人認為有控制及預(yù)防癌癥的作用。
