本機(jī)是一種雙壓式自動旋轉(zhuǎn)，連續(xù)壓片的機(jī)器，將顆粒狀原料壓制成圓片、刻字和異形、雙色片劑。它主要用于制藥工業(yè)的片劑生產(chǎn)，同時適用于化工、食品、電子等工業(yè)企業(yè)。
特點(diǎn)：
1、外圍罩殼為全不銹鋼封閉形式，內(nèi)部臺面采用不銹鋼材料，能保持表面光澤與防止交叉污染，符合GMP要求。
2、裝有有機(jī)玻璃透視窗，可視壓片狀態(tài)，側(cè)面板能全部打開，易于內(nèi)部清理和保養(yǎng)。
3、所有控制器和操作件均布局合理。
4、采用變頻調(diào)速裝置進(jìn)行電氣調(diào)速，操作方便，轉(zhuǎn)動平穩(wěn)，安全準(zhǔn)確。
5、實(shí)行機(jī)電一體化。
6、使用半自動潤滑裝置及轉(zhuǎn)臺上端有機(jī)玻璃防塵裝置。
7、傳動系統(tǒng)密封在主機(jī)下方油箱中，是安全分離的獨(dú)立部件，亦不會有相互污染，又使傳動部浸潤在油池中，易散熱且耐磨。
8、配有吸粉裝置，能將壓制室內(nèi)的粉塵吸取。
