該設(shè)備是我公司完全自主研發(fā)的全自動定量SPE裝柱機，可實現(xiàn)SPE柱管自動排列，上下濾板自動安裝，填料定量填裝及成品柱壓力檢測等功能。只要將SPE柱管、濾板及填料分別放入指定容器內(nèi)，即可實現(xiàn)完全無人值守全自動裝柱，并可將成品柱收集到指定容器內(nèi)。
特點：該產(chǎn)品具有效率高、填料填裝質(zhì)量一致、兼容性好等優(yōu)點。優(yōu)勢：全自動裝柱，產(chǎn)量800-1000支/小時，適合大批量SPE柱生產(chǎn)。
This equipment is a fully automatic quantitative SPE column loading machine completely independently developed by our company, which can realize the functions of automatic arrangement of SPE column tubes, automatic installation of upper and lower filter plates, quantitative filling of packing materials and pressure detection of finished columns.
