COMPOSITION:
Each ml contains
Amoxicillin trihydrate .......... 150mg
Excipients................................... 1 ml.
DESCRIPTION:
This product is an off- white suspension.
CLINICAL SYMPTOM
This product can be used when suppurative mandibular swelling, arthritis, claudication, puerperal fever, foot rot and respiratory infection like coughing, hyperthermia, dyspnea etc appear in the infected animals.
PHARMACODYNAMICS:
Amoxicillin is a semisynthetic broad-spectrum antibiotic with a bactericidal action against both Gram-positive and
Gram-negative bacteria. To the Gram positive bacteria such as streptococcus, staphylococcus, Listeria spp and so on, the function is similar to the penicillin. To the many kinds of Gram negative bacteria such as Brucella, Bacillus proteus and so
on has bacteriostatic and bactericidal action. The ability of penetration into cell wall is stronger, can suppress the synthesis of cell wall of bacterium, causes the bacterium rapidly to become the ball physique to burst, then dissolution.
INDICATIONS:
Gastrointestinal, respiratory and urinary tract infections caused by amoxicillin sensitive micro-organisms, like
Campylobacter, Clostridium, Corynebacterium, E. coli, Erysipelothrix, Haemophilus, Pasteurella, Salmonella, penicillinase,
negative Staphylococcus and Streptococcus spp. in calves, cattle, goats, sheep and swine.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Shake well before use.
Cattle, sheep and pigs: By Intramuscular injection only.
Dogs and cats: By subcutaneous or intramuscular injection.
Shake well before use.
The recommended dosage rate is 7 mg/kg bodyweight once a day (Guide-dose volume is equivalent to 0.25 ml per 5 kg daily) for up to 5 days. In cases of severe infection that can combination with Streptomycin, Gentamicin, Kanamycin etc in order to enhance the curative effect but prohibition concurrent administration of tetracyclines, chloramphenicol, macrolides and lincosamides.

WITHDRAWAL TIME:
Cattle: Meat: 23 days. Milk: 84 hours.
Sheep: Meat: 16 days. Milk: contraindicated for the use in sheep producing milk for human consumption.
Pig: Meat: 16 days.

Protect from light and store in a cool dry place and below 25℃.
